We stayed there for 4 nights and our room on the 4th floor was spacious, bright and clean. Most of the features are comparable with the similar chain hotels that is rated 3 stars but a lot newer. Breakfast was included and sufficient, the best feature was their location which is in the middle of a well known food/restaurant district(walking distance)

Room Tip: upper floors had better views

This is our first time staying at a La Quinta. We stayed here one night and we were pleased with the hotel and the location. Room was very clean and the morning breakfast was more than adequate.. We had planned to stay on our return trip from Mexico, but as our flight wasn't due into YVR until after 9:00 p.m., which is close to time when La Quinta's shuttle stops running. we decided to cancel our reservation and booked instead with another hotel whose shuttle runs until midnight as both hotels offered the same rate.

What we did prefer was this location. We had a delicious bento box supper at a Japanese place in the food court at the nearby mall for a very reasonable price. Having the mall within walking distance was a nice way to spend time before flying out the next morning.

Overall, we would recommend this hotel as we were happy staying here.

This is our third stay at this property and as usual was very pleasant . Great place to stay while catching early morning flight at YVR. Had nice Asian dinner the previous night next to the hotel and got nice young shuttle bus driver in the morning. Will be back soon.

Not much in the way of staff, but quite helpful and friedly. Clean, but coffee maker not working. Probably would have got a new one if we asked, just did not bother Not very sound proof, outside traffic and hallways.

I booked here for airport proximity. If all you want is a place to crash and shower, maybe grab a little breakfast this place is adequate. Rooms are clean. Lobby is seriously dated. 5 stars for your towels! They are great.
Your gym is sub par. Like horrible. Throw everything out. A hotel this size needs 2 treadmills minimum, and elliptical and a bike. The weight thing that’s broken needs to go. Invest in a good set of weights. And since the room is SO small use 2 rooms. One for cardio one for weights. I honestly would not stay here again because of your gym.
