My wife and I took the gondola while her young cousin did the Grouse Grind in the company of Ian Robertson, a family friend who is the record holder for Grinds completed in one day, an impressive 16! Up top we wandered around, did not see the grizzlies, had a coffee, saw the lumber show, and ended up having dinner before taking the gondola down. The weather was excellent, and the whole experience was top-notch. I may try the Grind myself someday, but it has to be cooler than it was this afternoon.

It was such a great day. Hiking, walking, talking the lifts seeing the shows. Actually catching a glimpse of Coola and Grinder while on the lift was great. Everyone else was waiting for the bears to make an appearance but they were busy sleeping on a ridge which could only be seen from the lifts. Zip-lining was a great experience! So glad I tried and and can't wait to do it again! The lumberjack show was great as was the Birds in Motion display. You can para-glide, take a helicopter ride or take the guided nature walk; this attraction has tons of things to do to keep you busy for a whole day and then some.

We went to Grouse mountain on a tour with westcoast sightseeing and spent 3 hours there. The views were amazing with great scenery and there were a range of different places to eat. There was also a nice little gift shop and the theatre in the sky. There were great views from the gondola up and down the mountain but it gets very crowded so it can be hard to see the views from the gondola. The 2 bears Coola and Grinder were nice to see in their natural habitat, although we didn't see much of them because they had just been fed and were sleeping in the shade. But it is a great place for nature and scenic views.

Great place to spend the day. Free shuttle from downtown Vancouver. Gondola ride to start, chairlift to next level. 2 young grizzle bear, trip up inside wind turbine, great views. Lumberjack show, great for kids. Cafe.

This is an absolutely wonderful way to spend a day. Definitely take the chair lift to the top and go to the top of the wind turbine also. Only knock is the food at the BBQ restaurant was over priced - bring your own food if you can for a picnic. And go early, it can get crowded in season. The free shuttle bus from Canada Place is a bonus - large, comfortable and modern and safely driven.

It is so great to hear that you enjoyed your day on the Mountain! The Shuttle has had a highly successful third season, so I'm pleased to hear your took advantage. All the way to the Peak, and into the Eye of the Wind. Sounds like time well spent, thanks for taking your time to give this feedback.
