They can make a five course out of lobster- with a steamed lobster with just green onion and a little bit of wine; a soy bean sautee, a breaded lobster, a lobster and egg custard dish, as well as a lobster fried rice. Bring a great appetite since the lobsters we are talking about are about 15 lb or more! There are then desserts such as different soups with tapioca, a mango encased in dumpling and rice gluten and red bean balls. Because this is the only thing that the restaurant does, it does it really well and the people keep coming for it. The clientele is all Chinese attesting to the high quality and the value for money. This is a great place to have a celebration. The serving staff are very entertaining as they sing Happy Birthday in both English and Chinese.
