Have never been so disappointed in a hotel. I was there as part of a hockey tournament. Unbeknown to everyone on the team, this hotel was once a homeless shelter. Carpet had not been replaced and mattresses had to be pumped up. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and great staff. I will rate the hotel 100 for cleanliness. We will for sure stay here again and I highly recommend it.
The bed was so comfortable and the pool was heated. The front decor was so nice in time for Halloween.

Excellent service, very clean, staff (Gervase) so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Bathrooms a good size.
Would recommend this hotel ...should be a 4+ rating! Location to restaurants perfect too.

The Radisson has turned into a homeless shelter during the pandemic. If you are paying for a hotel do NOT stay here unless you like having to walk through groups of homeless that do not socially distance, require security at all times and want to watch drugs deals go down. This is ruining the neighborhood for people that live here as it is no longer a safe environment and crime has increased. Stay at the Doubetree across the street. Much nicer and recently remodeled.
