Second time staying here. Will definitely stay again if I find myself in Kitchener. Superb location, very helpful staff, clean and very large room, excellent restaurant, and the breakfast dining room serves *the best* breakfast I've ever had travelling. Pet friendly. Doggie daycare is literally around the block. I don't even bother checking out the other deals. They all pretty much come to the same price, but in my opinion, this hotel is top notch and worth the price.

Great hotel with plenty of room, great bathroom (shower was wonderful!), safe, and more. Will look forward to my next stay here when I travel here on business. Would like more vegan food options, otherwise was an A+ stay.
The Walper rooms each have their own character. Staff at all roles very friendly and helpful. The Socil Restaurant excellent and varied menu. Great location. Love that windows open. Look forward to exploring the neighbourhood next time when weather better.
Recently visited for a business meeting and overnight stay. Friendly, organized staff, everything was arranged perfect for our Meeting. Excellent meeting space and great food selection brought in for breakfast and lunch. Thanks to Christine for organizing.

I stay at the Walper for work and I come for a week at a time. The staff are incredibly friendly and anticipate my needs. Everything is clean and well maintained. This boutique hotel is such a pleasure to visit.
