We enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor. Price was very good. Jhonna was extremely helpful. She needs a raise in pay so professional, kind & again very helpful. The Location is excellent right across the street from Invermere Bakery. There are all kinds of restaurants in the area too.

Bed sheets where old and warn out, and the furniture and carpets where stained. It was a cheap room and the lobby was nice but the rooms need a complete make over. Also you could not hook a apple TV box up to the TV because they had the HDMI ports blocked with a device. On top of this the TV subscription was horrible so there was nothing to watch.
Service was great, would had been nice if there was paper towels in room and maybe plates and cutlery. Had take out and nothing to serve on. Would like to see more specials for the rooms. Staff was friendly. I have been coming here for many years and always liked the location
Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was good other than the a/c unit being noisy when it turned on. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again on my next trip to Invermere and would recommend to others.
I was driving with my kids for Thanksgiving weekend and what should be a 10 hour drive turned out to be 15 hrs with my 4 month old baby. So we decided to find a place to rest for the night. I'm really glad we found this hotel. It was affordable and clean and comfortable, I was able to have a decent sleep for another 10 hour drive. I wish I could have actually seen the town though, what a cute spot or to check out one of the hot springs! And the bakery across the street was perfect to grab coffee and snacks for the road.
If I do this drive again I will actually make a plan to stop here again and stay at this hotel
Awesome staff. No continental breakfast....apparently that's only when it was a best western. No sound proofing in the rooms at all. I could hear my neighbour cough. I had a room by the exit and there was a huge bday party and they kept letting the door slam as they came and went, being super loud and yelling in the halls....I finally had enough and told them to shut up at 245am. Bed was comfy...too bad I never got any sleep
