Check in staff was welcoming and friendly. First impressions were good, but went downhill from there. Toilet seat was incredibly loose - the cleaning staff should have mentioned it to the janitor. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. Bathtub didn't look appealing.
There are two couches in the lobby/breakfast area where one may sit to eat breakfast (muffins, bananas, yogurt, granola bars, hot beverages). It got too crowded there so we returned to our room to eat breakfast.
Room was great, location perfect for what we needed to do, not very accessible for those with poor walking, using canes, walkers, wheel chairs - only one area at far end of property where there was some kind of ramp, if someone using any of these they would have a hard time going to the pool which is surrounded by small hill and grass only
We’ve previously stayed at this location before, which is why we booked it again. It’s always been acceptable. This time it was overly damp and smelly and damaged from excessive moisture. Will not be staying here again.
Convenient location, outdoor pool, clean and quiet, comfy bed and pillow, breakfast grab-and-go( coffee, muffin, yogurt, juice)
This is a motel that has seen better days. The room door fit so poorly in the jam anything could have crawled in. When you walked past the chipped tv stand the vibrations made one of the drawers open by itself so if you turned around it would whack you in the knees. When I asked if there was an ice machine the clerk said "there should be, we have two of them but they're both broken". Then she went next door to the gas station, bought a bag of ice and delivered some to our room. The room was clean and obviously the front desk staff get high marks for customer service.
