Fairly clean. Typical old style motel complete with pool full of green water, windowshaker a/c and an advertised price of 80.00 but actual room cost 95.00 plus tax. If the price was as advertised it would be tolerable, but not when they lie
Had a great time the owner was very nice great quiches for breakfast great price we had a great time beds were comfortable and the pillows were great we will for sure stop again very friendly owner had lots of amenities everything we needed and we were seven everyone was pleased
Old, shabby and overpriced . Bedding clean but we couldn't bear the thought of using the old damaged shower . Breakfast was adequate .We felt we were being overcharged because they knew there were no rooms available in Gananoque
Dirty, smelly, old and rundown. Curtains hanging off the rod. Moldy bathroom. advertised a pool. Very apparent the pool had not been used for quite some time. I suggest spend a little more and go to a better venue
We booked through Booking.com and found that what was advertised was NOT what was available. Mold in the bathroom, wet carpet outside bathroom, cracked and taped sink, broken window, electrical outlets not to code or missing, pool not operational and appears not to have been for years (however pics show a beautiful pool on sites), can see light coming from outside while in the shower (through the walls), etc etc. So many things wrong with this venue I need to warn potential guests.
