Price is very good. Across the street from Tim’s. Comfortable beds. Coffee, fridge and microwave in the rooms. Rooms a bit dated but expected. Only suggestions would be that besides sugar some whitner is needed for the coffee as well.

· Owners seem to be doing a good job updating what looks to have been a worn out motel. Our bedrooms and bath were modern and nicely appointed, living area and kitchen spacious and well outfitted. Very comfortable beds, too. Owners are friendly and helpful. In all, a better place than expected.
· The place was clean but they kept the door open while servicing and that let about 10 flies inside. Not a big deal but def not welcome. And while advertised as air conditioned, there's one A/C in the bedroom with no window and no A/C in the one with a window, and none in the LR. Cool weather made that irrelevant, fortunately. Overall, Greenside is nice but has a way to go to make it worth the price they charge, given location outside town and general condition of the property

This place had everything we needed. Not a huge room but soft comfy double beds and fridge and microwave and shower/tub. Perfect for 3 adults and 1 youth. Everything was clean and looked to be recently updated.

We found the motel to be very clean, the check in was quick and easy. Very close to town. The kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet and the sunrise was beautiful to watch from the chairs on the porch.

We arrived on a Saturday in Saint Andrews and decided ten we would like to stay somewhere near by, almost every single reasonably priced motel/BnB was booked full but we lucked out and got the last available room at The Greenside! We only needed a room with 1 bed but had to get one with 2 but the price was still very reasonable, the rooms were small but what else do you expect from a motel with 2 queen sized beds in the room ! Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, tv and a small desk, the bathroom was larger than expected while still not being very large we were impressed.. the service we received while checking in and when we had a few questions was amazing, we had a wonderful stay in a very clean room, only thing we didn’t love was the the fact that the carpets in room might need a steam clean or something to clean them up better, we had our 10 month old son with us and his hands, knees and feet were filthy with grim from the carpet after crawling around for 10 minutes, but we will definitely be staying at the greenside on our next trip down :)
