I would have rated a 5 across the board, except the master bed needs replacing. All other beds were comfortable. The rec room was very hot-needs air conditioning. Was a great for grandchildren, who were 9 and under.More

This is a really lovely resort. It’s very clean and the Rec Center is wonderful. Lots of things for families to do right at the resort. We were pleased with the house. Very roomy and clean. We did have an issue with the cable tv. It was out of service for just our unit for our entire stay. Sadly excuses were made rather than dealing with the issue. TV certainly isn’t a primary concern unless you have someone in your party who needed to be indoors during the heat, and TV was listed as an amenity.
We did contact Shaw cable who is our provider and we were told that the Shaw receivers are outdated and need to be replaced. We are still waiting to find out when they will be upgrading our system.
This was our second stay at the resort and the first using RCI. The resort is a combination of holiday trailers and houses. There are about 8 houses available through RCI. The houses are all three bedrooms and very spacious. We were in house 60 beside the pool and recreation centre which was convent as my elderly in-laws did not have far to walk. The houses are nicely appointed with AC and laundry facilities. Live music is played outside the recreation centre in the summer on Saturday nights. The resort is very family oriented with kids and families walking throughout.
One negative is that the wifi is weak and spotty at best. Also, there is three decks and they could use a better job of cleaning and painting of the rails. The drier lint was also not removed for some time.
The resort is about 1.5 miles north of town and three miles from the hot springs. The area is ideal area for hiking, biking golfing and relaxing.

Close to everything and many things to do inside the resort or outside Radium. We had fun walking around and driving downtown. Excellent location for sightseeing and relaxing. Clean facilities and great staff, we were lucky to be the first one to check in before Christmas eve! Thank you.

We had a timeshare here but only for 3 nights although we wanted a whole week. We were charged $100. extra for "short stay cleaning." Otherwise the resort is well maintained and clean. Our unit #62 was dated and tired furniture. The pool on site and hot tub is clean and perfect temperatures.
Hello, It does sound like you stayed with us through RCI. You do have to acknowledge that you have been informed of the Cleaning Fee and Resort Fee before you confirm the booking.
Clean , comfortable , spacious house in an excellent resort , in a great vacation area.
Large , heated outdoor pool, with an indoor pool if needed. Enjoyed the entertainment on Canada Day, and regular Saturday music.
