Service was great and staff were friendly. We were disappointed by how hard the mattress was in the King suite, and the continental breakfast was not great (hard boiled eggs, toast and cereal). At $149/night we expected a comfortable sleep and a half decent breakfast.

Radium Park Lodge offers comfortable beds; pillows are the exception to this comment. The motel itself is old and the grounds need to be cared for. The barbecue area with tables and chairs is a great bonus. You will NEVER believe the ceiling in our room!!! It looks as if there are stalactites in the entire room; that's ok since people sleep with eyes closed. We did not take advantage of the pool or hot tub; it looked fine for an old place. Breakfast: included with the room rental. Sadly lacking in choice. We were offered cold cereal and white bread. Not a muffin in sight. I believe they need to up their game in this regard and offer something more appealing.

Room tip: Second floor rooms are up a long flight of outdoor stairs. Chose a ground floor room if possible especially in winter to avoid a fall.

This place is expensive $200 for one night and is old. Nothing modern or new here. Everything is functional. But a T shirt was hanging up.in the bathroom telling me it wasn't cleaned properly and one leg of the bed came away. Now I said it to the office, and he offered to come up to the room, but there was no point. We slept well during the night.

we had the King room with double jacuzzi and it was nice and clean. There was continental breakfast that was simple but fine. The location was also handy with a short drive to hot pools and walk to the stores and shops in town.
