We were a group of 8 golfers with a range of handicaps from 10 to 26 and everyone enjoyed their game. The colours had started to turn in September even with abnormally high temperatures, so it was the best of both seasons.
The clubhouse is very modest with a small pro shop and halfway hut, which are just fine for a day of golf, but be warned that there is no driving range. So, showing up early thinking you can warm up at the range will be a big disappointment.
Le Diable has a driving range and better vistas, but you may not like all the bunkers. Le Geant has a variety of challenges and will provide a good test of golf for everyone.
