We were booked in family suite at the Lunenburg Inn. Although we had a separate locked entrance as our accommodations was in a separate building, it turned out our suite was shared to two noisy girls. The living area of the unit was a cubby hole at the top of the steps, which we might add were 1.5 the normal height, only partial railings, no air, no fridge, no hair dryer, the tiniest soap bars you could imagine, no tv, no garbage can, only one of us had a coffee maker with coffee being located in the bathroom drawer with old towels old debris, needless to say we didnt drink the coffee. Our breakfast was brought to us in a box, a kashi bar that crumbled when opened, a rotted peach and a fruit pasty ... that was it, it had to dispose of most of it. We found the broken smoke detectors in the dresser drawers, the dust bunnies rolled across the floor. We tried to find other accommodations, unfortunately a busy time so had to stay the two nights. The best part of the two days was leaving. The bar just across the street let out at just in time to wake us at 2 a.m. each morning. Would never stay there again. Although the photos look wonderful, the place in reality is very rundown, unkempt and when sitting on the front porch were asked by the rep for the owner, did we just wander by and decide to sit down or what. omg our friends had just talked to him a short while before. Again, reiterating ... would never stay there again. Travelers beware.
