I booked rooms for large group well in advance due to a family event taking place in this hotel over a weekend, only to find out a few hours before the first guests arrived that there are no rooms available until the day after. The Reception couldn't provide any rational explanation to the situation and as a result my guests had to be accommodated by another hotel, which was very stressful especially as some guests travelled late in night and weren't familiar with whereabouts in Nysa. Even the day after some of the rooms I booked weren't ready until 9pm which if found highly unprofessional and hugely disappointing for this kind of hotel.
Staff disinterested and not trained in customer service, no one available at the Reception desk. No telephone line working to contact the Reception and no internet.
Even though the family event was a success on the day and then restaurant food was really nice, unfortunately the issues with the hotel section and room booking were detrimental to our stay, caused unnecessary stress and I wouldn't recommend this place unless under a different management team who can turn the reception service around.More
