We stayed at Future Inns in Bristol from August 21, 2021 for 3 weeks. We came from Canada for my husband's job and had trouble finding a permanent place to stay. I am so glad we booked Future Inns as we felt like home when staying there. We are a family of four ( kids are 16 and 7), we stayed in the room with two beds - the size was good. The staff was always very friendly and helpful - Zoltan and his team always went above and beyond to meet our expectations.
The room was clean, there were always clean towels, tea and coffee with cookies available.
The location is great - its right across the street from Cabot Circus shopping centre, which was great as we always had a lot of options for food and entertainment. It's very convenient to walk everywhere or if you decide to take uber or a cab- it will be a quick ride to almost whenever you go.
Will definitely recommend it if you are planning to visit Bristol!

The hotel is in a great location for shopping, cinema, or pubs and restaurants. The room is very spacious with a huge bed, my room was at the back and ir was very quiet. The staff were very nice, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was a buffet style and was good, nothing outstanding but no complaints with any of it. To finish it all off there is free parking included so it's everything that you need.
I can't fault the hotel, if there are issue's I would say that they could change the shower heads, the heads in place are pretty poor, larger head's or a rainfall head would be better.

Room tip: I heard people say the rooms at the front can be a bit noisy due to the traffic, the road is busy all the time so ask for a room at the back.

Stayed here with the wife and kids for 4 nights. Couldn't fault it, room was clean and big enough for the 4 of us (booked the superior double). Staff were friendly, breakfast was a buffet and had everything you would expect and was also restocked regularly. Couldn't fault the location right opposite Cabot Circus and round the corner from the bus to Cribs Causeway, also only a 10 min walk to the main bus station. Will definitely return in the future.

We booked this hotel as it came up on booking.com as a centrally placed hotel suitable for families. As a family of four we like to do 2 or 3 city visits per year.
A massive advantage of using this hotel is that free parking is offered next door in the Cabot Circus multi storey car park. You can come and go as you please as reception were always happy to stamp your ticket. The family room was a fair size for the four of us and fine for a 2 night stay. The room was clean and bathroom fine. There were tea and coffee making facilities provided. The beds I'm afraid were terrible they were like sleeping on water beds. The first night I don't think anyone of us got more than a couple of hours sleep. We ended up having one child with each of us to stop the amount of movement in the bed. Sorry to say but they were probably the worst beds I have slept in.
Onto the positives. The hotel is located across the road from the main Cabot shopping centre which is really fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants . It is also a very short walk to the waterside where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. A must visit during your stay is the We are curious museum and and the millennium square where they had e beach bar and some fairground rides. Perfect for families. Also its only a 10 minute drive to Clifton where you can walk over the suspension bridge. Clifton is a nice little area.
To conclude this hotel is great value for money and the staff were all very friendly and would always greet you warmly. I just hope that if the owners happen to see this review that they will invest heavily in the beds as they really were terrible.

Room tip: Our room was city facing but didn't hear the traffic.

Situated bang in the city centre of Bristol. The hotel was nice clean and hotel staff were generally friendly.

We were a family of 4 looking for a an overnight stay - the rooms were clean, and comfortable. Lots of cleaning products (soaps towels, etc.) left in the room.

Wifi was ok, and breakfast was a buffet covering hot and cold food.

Only inconvenience was parking - which meant after arriving after a long drive, i had to unpack, then drive another mile round the city centre to then park in Cabot Circus car park - however this meant the walk from the car park to the hotel was not long and sign posted which softened the blow.

Overall a pleasant, stress free stay.

Room tip: We stayed in room 216. on the second floor.
