What fabulous welcome and reception staff the Bristol hotel have warm inviting and charming Jera and javia are lovely
The rooms we booked an executive room god only know what a standard room is like because it’s just so so tiny

We asked reception if they had any further rooms tor review but unfortunately no !!

The rooms are tiny you can barely swing a cat ! Disappointing I do t live in a tiny room yet I spent almost £200 a night to stay in on shame x

What wonderful feedback to share with Jero and Javier at our Front Desk. Both of them have only been working with us at Reception for little over a month, so it's immensely rewarding to see that they are already exceeding expectations in their new roles.

As for your room: our room sizes do vary regardless of category, and without question if you were to speak with our in-house Reservations Team pre-arrival they would be more than happy to allocate with one more suited to your requirements for your visit. In most circumstances our Front Desk Team would be able to organise a move to an alternative location within the property, though when our occupancy level is high (when business demand in the centre of Bristol is also high), this is not always possible.

The next time you visit our fantastic city we can assure you that your whole guest journey will be much better. We look forward to welcoming you back, and thank you for sharing your valued review.

This a very good hotel to stay in Bristol. Reception desk is friendly and pretty quick. Although I arrived at 2 am, it took less than 5 minutes from pressing the door bell to get in to my room. Restaurant manager and staff are doing an excellent job. They are friendly, supportive and quick. Good food, a bit of more variation of food would add more value to the buffet. The only issue I had was that there was no floor mat for the bathroom on one day. I guess that it was not systematic and the person may have simply forget it.

The hotel is conveniently located. Wifi is easy to connect, working properly and fast. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again in future.

Hotel has got the potential of being really good. there is however some room for improvement
a) check in took ages. although there we six people of hotel staff behind the counter, only two were serving and checking in took ages
b) although we booked a double there was only shampoo etc for 1 person
c) no fridge / minibar
d) no info about checking out time anywhere to be found
e) list of TV channels listed more than 30 - available were not even 10
f) tv in corner - so that it is difficult to watch in bed

good location, good parking, very quite

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your detailed breakdown of suggested areas of improvement. It's pleasing to see that you appreciated our convenient location for venturing out in to the city and our great value parking arrangements.

Addressing each point:
We fully acknowledge that when our team swap shifts at the front desk there is a very short period of time when both sets of colleagues are present at reception, and we always work hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible; I can only apologise for the negative impact this had upon your arrival.
As for the bathroom amenities and fridge - we have won several awards in the South West and the city as a result of our green initiatives (you will see that we have the Gold Green standard on Trip Advisor), our commitment to minimising waste and cutting our CO2 emissions, without impacting on our guest experience, means additional amenities and in-room fridges are readily available on request.
Check-Out time is noted on your Reservation Confirmation, Registration Card (when checking-in), and in the Guest Directory in the room, or perhaps more conveniently by asking anyone of our team members.
Our televisions have all the channels associated with 'Freeview', and our Maintenance Team can always assist visitors if there appears to be an issue with the signal. We can also allocate you a room with a different lay-out to facilitate you relaxing and watching the TV at the same time.

I'm sure the next time you visit the city, you will be afforded a much more enjoyable stay, safe in the knowledge that our fantastic team are always on hand to deal with and answer any enquiries you may have during your stay.

Stayed for one night for my girlfriends birthday. When the receptionist found out we were offered a complimentary drink at the hotel bar! Cocktails were fantastic and could not have had a better stay.wluld definitely book again!

Stayed here as a surprise for my partners birthday, on check in the hotel staff was friendly and professional and in fact remained so the whole stay, they upgraded our room and when walking into the room my partner had a lovely surprise of a card and a chocolate surprise! Really appreciated the thoughtful touch. The view from the room was fantastic and the whole experience from comfy bed, luxury touches and brilliant shower just made for a lovely stay! Great location and would totally recommend!
