The facilities in this classy hotel were absolutely excellent. The staff were lovely, very welcoming, helpful and efficient. The hotel is also so well located with its lovely outlook over the new harbour development, close to the old city and a decent walk to the shopping district.

I would like to recognise 3 colleagues who have been truly wonderful, caring,professional and go that extra mile to ensure that you feel special and welcome Roseanne, Aurora and Victor ..these 3 colleagues are a shining example of how to treat a customer ..your happiness is at the heart of there working culture and very rare indeed .I want to thank them for there efforts in making my stay special .I would and will recommend this hotel and them as the perfect hotel in this beautiful and lively city .thank you the Bristol hotel for everything you do .

Great hotel with views by the river from the restaurant and bar. Request a quiet room away from the river side. Very central for many of the attractions of the city. Short distance from the bridge and SS. Great Britain. Good selection for breakfast.
