A wonderful surprise

I arrived and greeted by a lovely lady on reception, Nikki, her customer service was warm and friendly. I went up to my room to walk in and find that Nikki had upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. I was absolutely astounded. Once unpacked I went downstairs to go out shopping and spoke to her male colleague, who was also very warm, friendly and helpful with advice and directions of where to go. This was an amazing stay and would like to say thank you again to Nikki.

Well Done

Restaurant staff were friendly, and efficient .Haryit Reshma Roush/Amab was exceptional and is strongly commended for her attention to us,an elderly couple visiting Bristol for the first time.Look forward to another stay.

Fantastic service from the staff

I am really happy with the service of Mel, Reshma, Roush and Bianca. I really felt welcomed. Nice hotel and all the staff had smiley faces. Spoty location right at the heart of the city. Food was good too.

Fantastic stay Mel in the restaurant is fantastic great service and always service with a smile
Bianca on reception fantastic check in always very helpful and always service with a smile
Would recommend a stay at holiday in Bristol nice clean rooms , great food and fantastic service

I stayed about 3 weeks use restaurant allmost everyday.Some of the staff really very help full in the restaurant I just want appertaining some of them like Parveen Desilva and Henna very good customer service thanks..
