Attended a morning Yo! Sushi making class for two! Richard was our chef for the morning - absolutely brilliant! A very informative session, telling us the brief history of almost all the ingredients common to sushi, while providing very easy instructions how to make our own! Took away quite a handful of class made-sushi for eating later, including several tips and tricks how to source a good piece of salmon for sushi! Great value for money considering the amount of sushi you get and the tips/training within. Would highly recommend!
