Very good Premier Inn right in the centre of Bristol. Easy to find although on-site parking is expensive and spaces were at a premium. Friendly staff at reception and room very quiet. Food was the usual fare but good-value

Myself and my partner stayed for 4 nights and decided to pre-pay for breakfast for each morning. About a week before our check-in date I got an e-mail prompting me to book a table as the restaurant had reduced seating due to covid. I booked a table for the same time every morning (9:30) and shortly got an e-mail back to confirm my booking. On the 3rd morning, we made our way down to the restaurant at 9:25 and after being stood by the waiting area for 5 mins us and the queue of people behind us were approached by a member of staff who explained they didn’t have any tables available. I mentioned that I had booked a table for 9:30 but was turned away and told to come back in 20 mins. We weren’t happy as we didn’t end up having the £17.98 breakfast we had pre-paid and booked a table for. Whilst waiting to be seated we had noticed several tables that were free but just needed to be cleared. In future I will not bother booking the breakfast as unless you’re having a cooked breakfast each morning it’s not worth £8.99 a head.
Room wasn’t ready at check-in time (no towels/ beds not made) but staff were very friendly and helpful and sorted that for us quickly and politely so would definitely recommend overall. We liked our room & loved the check-in staff.
This was one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had! The room was absolutely perfect clean and comfortable
Slight criticism would be the tv only had about 12 channels and the wifi was quite weak … this was far more important to my teenage children than me! But overall I would give it 10/10!
This hotel blew my expectations away! I am used to staying in corporate hotels and this Premier Inn offered the same amenities plus a kettle with tea and coffee which I loved. YORAN assisted us when we checked in- if Premier Inn management read this, make sure you hold on to him! His amazing attitude turned my experience from good to great! Nothing was too much for him, he was so friendly and after a long day of driving, arriving exhausted at the hotel, he went out of his way to be helpful to us- he’s fantastic. Hotel is on a roundabout but once you are inside you would have no clue - rooms are quiet, clean and peaceful, I was blown away and will definitely stay at Premier Inn again!
Short comfortable stay,clean room , air conditioning was perfect for the hot day, very convenient location, just had a little difficulty parking. Enjoyed the breakfast staff at the restaurant was lovely in spite of putting all the extra work due to Covid restrictions
