We stayed here on a trip to bristol and it was amazing! we had very good service and the staff were very nice and kind. Jo and Matthew had a few jokes for us and we enjoyed speaking to them at reception. There was very good service here and we enjoyed our stay.

Jo at reception was an absolute star, really helpful and provided excellent knowledge on the local area. Matthew was great as well really helpful with working out the confusing parking system. Would most definitely stay again
This was an amazing hotel and had great service from Joe and Matthew. The rooms were amazing and we had very good service from the staff as they offered to help us move our bags and make sure that we are okay after our night out. They’re very sweet and had good, funny banter.
Top tier Hotel, Joanne and Matthew were very helpful, always ready to help us and the were very funny. Definitely would come back here and the provided outstanding customer service. Top place would be back again.
As a budget hotel, this is hard to beat. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are efficient and happy to help (Inna working at breakfast deserves special mention, friendly and helpful).
Best used as a base for exploring Bristol.
Only slight grumble is the lack of free parking or WiFi.
Stayed the 1 night while visiting my son in Bath.The hotel is in a very good location,minutes away from the shops,Plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel with a bar next door.Was quiet in our room but no air conditioning in what was the hottest weather England have had for some years,31c.We had an electric fan but not much use really.Would stay again but not when record temperatures!
Young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
No free parking unfortunately but payable parking nearby.
