Ended up staying as I could not complete my journey due to the train strike. Excellent hotel room was a good size and very comfortable all very clean and tidy. Shower was lovely very powerful. Food was also a high standard both in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Staff were very helpful throughout my stay particularly jack in the bar.

I am sorry that you were stuck due to the train strikes, however pleased that you chose to stay with us and that you have a great stay. I stayed here with my brother and a friend and while here we met up with other friends also staying in the hotel .
The hotel itself is immaculate , very clean , very tidy . The room was of a good size and it was well equipped . The beds were comfortable . The shower room was modern , immaculately clean and well stocked with toiletries and adequately stocked with towels . The housekeeping staff were also very helpful , polite and friendly .
Without exception , all the staff members we met or dealt with were friendly and helpful .
I wish I’d checked the names of the staff so as I could have passed them on to management but alas this was an oversight on my part .
The hotel was close to the railway station and close to bus routes we required . We also used a taxi service via the hotel reception and on the occasion we did so , the taxi arrived promptly .
We all agreed that we had no complaints and we could not find fault with anything during our stay .

I also left a couple of items in the room when I checked out . Said items were located quickly and returned to me in the same condition in which I had left them . They were returned by post and were well wrapped . Care had obviously been taken in the return process .
Next time I am in the area , I will return .

The whole stay right after I checked-in until I checked-out was class. The staff namely Jack and Meg from the Bar and Julie and Natalya from the breakfast section were absolutely brilliant. As a solo traveller I was keen on getting everybody’s recommendations on where to visit in Bristol and all the suggestions I got where top notch. If you are new to Bristol and don’t know where to go just hit up Jack from the bar and he’ll make sure you see all the fun places there. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay here - the hotel is perfectly located, very clean and functional. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Great stay, bed was very comfortable and the shower was very powerful! The room was quiet and a reasonable size. We had room service which was a bit disappointing as it was barely warm when delivered.
