Arrived and parked up outside as there is a forecourt making it easy to unload our luggage. Popped into reception and Yolanda (I think that's her name) came out to the car and took our heavy suitcase in without question, after showing me where I could park for our 2 nights. It costs £20 a day though, parking in Bristol is expensive.

Lovely spacious room with a roll top bath and large wet room shower and Locattaine toiletries, brilliant.
There is a lift as this is a multi floor hotel in an old Sugar Wharehouse.
The location is within 10 minute stroll to the harbour area, which is buzzing with bars and restaurants.
Bristol is a hilly city with art, history and lots of areas of interest, plus parks and museums.
We dined in the hotel Bistro which was very tasty and had breakfast included the next morning and the breakfast offer and service is excellent.
Masks still worn and sanitisation evident.
There are a few lounge areas and as a resident you have free access to WiFi and online newspapers from multiple countries.
It was our first stay at a Hotel du Vin and we will now plan another Staycation trip where there are others to try out as I couldn't fault anything. More
