room is fine. nice infact. but the rest of hotel isn’t same standard.
bit chav. unhealthy.. no choice of egg. just scrambled from the the share pot - no toms or mushrooms. not healthy .
prison coloured orange plastic trays etc ! not all that. fairly clean but just not pleasant. modern tacky is best to describe it. wouldn’t think it’s Hilton until inside your room. hall carpets are ugly. certainly not the best hotel in area - thats why it’s cheap!. pizza or curry thats all. breakfast was like being in a bad airport

It is regrettable that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that it would appear that we may not be the right Hilton brand for you. Please be advised that Hampton by Hilton is a 3* limited-service brand within the Hilton portfolio of hotels and as limited-service brand, our complimentary breakfast will have a smaller selection of items compared to the breakfast buffets of one of our full-service brands such as a Hilton or a DoubleTree property.

On the positive, I am pleased to read that you did find your assigned room to be nice and we do hope that despite your experience, you might consider us once again at some point in the not so distant future.

The hotel was spotless, the staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good.
We had twin beds that were large and very comfortable. Shopping centres very close and the amazing harbour was circa 15 minutes by foot.

Room tip: Ask for a room at the back of the hotel if you are looking for something quieter

From the outside looks a bit grubby but inside a different story . Rooms spacious modern interior very comfortable stay.
Friendly staff , grab an go bag better than some I have had but no evening meal option. Car park expensive NCP £19 with hotel discount there is parking on road at the rear .

Please be advised that as a Hampton branded hotel, we do not have an a la carte restaurant and only offer a 24/7 snacks menu of pizzas and curries from our bar.

Lifts left soaking wet with slippery liquids on floor, nosey floor signs and my 3 year old had a terrible fall. This really upset my daughter and ruined our stay. Complete negligence and if this was a older person, they would be in a bad way now. Not acceptable

Arrived earlier than advertised check in. Checked in by friendly staff member. Room was really clean even if the bed was a tad small. Breakfast not the best but that's probably due to the hotel not being open open yet. Ideally situated in the centre of Bristol and parking right next door, get your parking ticked validated for 25% off parking. Nice hotel.

We are sorry if our temporary solution (Grab and Go takeaway breakfast) caused any disappointment but we hope that once the Government permits hotels to re-open fully to leisure and tourism stays; that we will be permitted to re-open our Hampton breakfast buffet.
