This is a superb family friendly guest house run by Jenny and Steve who are a lovely couple . There is safe off road parking on arrival and the family room suited us perfectly. The guest house is spotless and the food is just lovely. We will be booking here again next time we visit Cornwall. It just ticked every box so Thank you Jenny and Steve for a lovely two week holiday and to your super housekeeping staff who do a great job.

We visited this great b&b for 3 nights..we were visiting to send off our son in law for an around Great Britain trip on Turn to Starboard veterans adventure..our arrival was great very family friendly..welcome was great..our rooms were clean plenty of space great shower rooms and good facilities..the outside space was super with fabulous views over the sea and beach..which was 2 mins walk away and was lovely.easy walking distance to the centre and harbour...the breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order with a great choice..the hosts were lovely very friendly and great knowledge of the area..the sitting room with tv and childrens toys and games were fab for our 4 year old grandson..we loved sitting outside with a glass of wine chilling overlooking the sea..we would recommend this b&b for the location cleanliness and ambience throughout..a lovely visit..

Jenny and Steve's Guest House is ideally located in a very calm street, with a fabulous view on the wide and clean Gyllyngvase beach, the beautiful Queen Mary garden and the magnificent coastline.

The beach is just across the street from the guest house and has crystal clear water. The city centre is also very close, with many activities easily available.

Our family room was very comfortable and neat, with 2 beds, a travel cot and en-suite bathroom.
A spacious living/dining room is available for all guests with confortable couches, books DVDs and TV.

Breakfast is sumptuous, comprising full English breakfast, juices, fruit & cereal of our choice...a real treat!

Every morning Jenny & Steve very kindly provided us with advice on what to do, informed us about the town's events, and what to visit in the surroundings.

We highly recommend San Remo Guest house in Falmouth as our 10 days' stay there was relaxing, cozy...in a word, perfect!

Run by a charming couple Steve & Jenny - 100 yards from the beach - the room had e everything even a towel rail we could turn on / off so no damp towels - room was very tasteful decorated and very very clean - good shower - tea / Coffee available. Breakfast excellent ( lots of extra toast available) lots of helpful leaflets and help from the owners. Great place to stay, we walked everywhere didn't move the car once. Very happy customers

Room Tip: Room 9 was great. Only two of us big double and a single available so lots of room

Thanks Andrew, for your review. We have our own car park with marked bays, making them easily accessible at all times. Our breakfast is cooked on demand, no need to pre-order the night before. We aim to provide an inviting customer experience, and this has lead to many repeat bookings.

I recently stayed here for five nights with a friend. The building is situated at the bottom of gyllynvase hill about three minutes from the promenade and beach. As no twin rooms were available we were given a family room which consisted of a double and a single bed. There was a tv and even a small two-seater sofa. A small shower room completed the room. It was cleaned daily. The decor was a little 'tired' but that didn't deter from the cosy atmosphere of the room, almost like our own little bedsit! The owners Jenny and Steve were friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about were to go and what to see, even down to the best place to get a cream tea in Falmouth! The day we arrived was wet but still very warm and within an hour of our arrival Steve had brought us a small fridge to keep our water (and wine) in! The breakfast was everything you'd expect from a good B & B but I only had the full works once as it was so big! Lovely butchers sausages and bacon cooked how you want. All in all a friendly, charming, well situated place to stay while you visit the many places of interest in and around Falmouth.

Thank you Wonny, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have great flexibility with our rooms, in that the family rooms can also be used as double and twin rooms. It always pays to call us to see what is available. We have a rolling programme of refurbishment and hope to update your room this winter. The majority of our breakfast menu is sourced locally, and the sausages have won many awards. We also cater for most dietary requirements.
