Clean and tidy. on arrival there was damp smell... put this down to the time of year and the weather. there were scented candles in the bureau and this helped.
lovely balcony. beautiful garden even in February. walking distance to harbour where there are shops and pubs and the best fish and chips in the country.

Room tip: the microwave timer didn't work so check it

I have just returned from an impromptu 2 night stay at the Wellington House. Room very comfortable; brilliant location being within easy walking distance to the town (there is a hill but not too steep)and even closer (and flatter) to the beaches. Breakfast very good (although separately charged) and hosts very friendly and informative - they are keen gardeners with a wealth of knowledge. I would not hesitate to return.

It was a lovely appartment that overlooked the garden with camelias in full bloom. It was very well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher , microwave and full oven.and the bed was very comfortable . We had TVs in the lounge and bedroom. The walk in shower was beautiful. It was in a good location , close to the beaches and a 10 minute walk into town.

A very comfortable and warm B&B. Room 1 is a large single with a 3/4 bed. And a sea view as I discovered the next morning. Tastefully decorated and well equipped with all that you might need for a short stay in Falmouth. Immaculately clean. The shower room was a good size and bigger than many rooms I have stayed in. Plenty of storage too. Very welcoming hosts with two adorable dogs. I didn’t get to sample breakfast as I needed to leave early each morning but next time I am in the area for work I will happily return here. If you are looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay at and call home, then this is the place to stay.
