Visited here today with a friend today for lunch. The food was wonderful. Really lovely vegetarian lasagne and the jacket potatoes were great too.
Staff very friendly and a really nice cosy little place for a cloudy day. Would definitely recommend

Two freshly baked, perfect scones. Local jam, Cornish clotted cream and a big fat pot of tea. This is the best cream tea you will get in Penzance bar none! The cakes & lunch menu also looked delicious - we will be back for more :)

A warm welcome extended to us & our Dachshund. A place where the cafe is split with a side where dogs are welcome. Full bodied coffee while we read the varied menu. We enjoyed freshly made sandwiches & wonderful cake. Lovely friendly staff, a place away from the tourist trap.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Dated from outside, nice on inside

FOOD
They have a board of food but also an actual menu which can be missed if you're not given one or looking for it.

I had a cheese scone with red onion chutney and earl grey tea. It was very tasty.

My friends had the soup with garlic bread which smelt really good.

OVERALL
I'd definitely come back here again

This is a lovely little tea room off the beaten path. Frequented by locals, you know you're not in a tourist trap. Yummy cakes with our afternoon tea.
