A great spot in an idyllic Cornish fishing village. Exceptionally clean room, friendly and attentive welcome & service. Fabulous locally sourced breakfast. On site parking a definite bonus given the very narrow streets. Polperro itself a gem of a location. Thank you !

We stayed at the Penryn and have enjoyed every minute of our stay in Cornwall. The hotel is lovely and clean, the breakfast is amazing and the owners are friendly, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a small but clean and well presented room with en suite. The location is excellent for exploring Polperro and the car park is a bonus although you must be careful on entering as I found out with my bumper. Efficient and tasty breakfast with a good selection on the side (croissants, yoghurt, fruit etc) as well as a cooked breakfast. Wifi didn't reach room but worked in guest area downstairs.

We only dropped into Polperro to have a look around on our way back to Ilfracombe after a weekend in St Ives. It was so nice and the sun was shining so decided to extend our holiday by one more night. Dropped in on the off chance as Penryn House looked lovely had parking and was the perfect location. What a gem we found lovely owners, the room was beautiful & clean and the whole building just welcomed us! And that was before we'd had the fantastic breakfast. Thank you

We have never visited Polperro before. Anna and Chris the owners have made our stay very warm and welcoming and we felt very much at home. Even Nala the dog said hello Rooms cosy and bright with all that you need. Breakfasts are fantastic, good quality food. Scrambled eggs are the best ever.
