We visited the second week in Easter holidays, a family of 3 plus large dog. I admit I was nervous as had never bought the dog and sometimes holiday parks are a gamble...I needn’t have been. We stayed in a Gold dog caravan and it was spotless, no smell, no hairs, clean as a whistle and very comfy and larger than I expected. The heating was a swine to sort but we figured it out! We didn’t have a view to rave about but never felt squashed or overrun by other vans despite the size of the park. It all has a quiet feel to it. I so loved hearing the nature at night and early mornings. We used the pool and it’s the largest at a park we’ve seen so far and clean and was ok. Warm! The staff are all lovely, we ate once on the first night on site and it was fine. The dog walking area is amazing! And the whole park is so nature friendly with bird boxes and bee hotels etc that as you drive in you have a sense of the pride the park has. There are no complaints from us, we would stay here again. Talland Bay became a favourite place to visit in the mornings and is lovely.

Hello Sarah

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to leave this review, we really appreciate it. Our customers’ thoughts are so important in the future development of the park.

We take great pride in the standard of all grades of accommodation and our customer care. It’s brilliant that this isn’t going unnoticed. Your comments will be passed on to the whole park team.

Heating systems, I'm with you on that one - why on earth do the manufacturers make them so complicated. I have had mine at home for 15 years and I still don't understand it.

Your review is an excellent recommendation for our park – by far the best method of advertising. Thank you.

We visited as a family of 5 plus two dogs and stayed in a pet friendly lodge. The lodge was perfect in every way. Home from home, well equipped and cosy. We settled in immediately and loved the peaceful surroundings and well kept site.

The site is set in stunning countryside yet close enough to Looe town centre. Easy access in and out. I would recommend Killigarth Manor to those who enjoy walking and fresh air. It’s also very dog friendly and easy to find your way around.

The only downside for us was the pool area. The pool was ok but seemed tired and in need of an update and the changing rooms were tiny and instead of lockers there are storage boxes. This wasn’t ideal for us as a family.

That being said, we’ve had a lovely restful week, in a beautiful location and hope to visit again in the future

We stayed here the 2nd weekend in March, sadly the weather was shocking but we still had a great time [nothing anyone can do about the weather].
Our caravan was spotlessly clean, warm [we needed the heating on that's for sure], very well equipped kitchen, clean white linen. So top marks for the caravan. We had a wonderful view of the valley onto the countryside.
The reception staff were very friendly and happy and booking in / out was simple and straight forward.
We used the bar the first night we were there, the Bingo was on and plenty of people were enjoying this and having fun. This is not my cup of tea but its good to see others enjoying the entertainment.
I can not comment on the on site food facilities as we did not use them.
We walked into Polperro along the coastal path and enjoyed the pubs and fish and chips in town.[only takes 20 minutes to walk in and the Taxi home is £6]
I will definitely use this site again and bring the dog next time as Polperro and Looe are both dog friendly locations.

We love coming here (4th visit in 3 years), the only down side is the indoor pool. The changing area especially is run down and often not clean. Apart from that we can't fault it. Staff are friendly and the location is great.

The camp is great caravans are beautiful ideal location staff are very helpful but the only downside is the food being served we asked on good Friday about half 6 for burgers they had run out then when the food was ordered it was left on the bar without us being told then they shut the kitchen on another night to " catch up " clearly something needs to be sorted there more staff maybe ?
