We had a great time at Little Leaf. The hosts were amazing, always willing to provide suggestion on what to do, where to eat, etc. Breakfasts were marvelous and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. If we come
back to St. Ives the Little Leaf will be on our must stay list.

An excellent guest house. Would certainly stay there again. Lovely hosts, good food, nice room, just what we wanted. I think parking could be a problem in high season at the nearest car park. Not sure about other car parks. A quick walk into town down lots of steps!

I was here for three nights and had a fantastic stay. Anthony and Tim are wonderful hosts. Anthony welcomed me with lots of useful information and there is a handy folder in the room as well. The room was spotlessly clean with complementary toiletries and a well stocked hospitality tray including very nice biscuits. There was also a lovely touch of compementary wine.
The guest house is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and the harbour and five minutes walk from the station (albeit up a lot of steps!)
Breakfast was excellent with a tasty daily special.
I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in St Ives.

We had a great time at Little Leaf B&B. We stayed in Room 2 which has big windows with spectacular panoramic view onto the town, harbour and sea. The room was spacious, light and airy, had lovely toiletries, all the basics like bottled water and teas, and even complimentary welcome wine in the room (lovely little touch!). We had all we needed in the room and even the hairdryer worked well (unlike in many other hotels we stayed in). One minor improvement would be to install a light above the bathroom mirror so it’s easier for contact lens wearers to get ready in the morning.
Great location, only a few minutes walk to the centre of town, harbour and train station. Breakfast was excellent, with a different special option every day. Organic, freshly made, delicious food. The hosts were really lovely: friendly, helpful and professional. If we are in St Ives again (and I hope we will be soon) we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We could see the hosts have put a lot of effort into making the place special, and it is!
Thank you Anthony and Tim - what a little gem the Little Leaf is!

Anthony and Tim are wonderful hosts!
The location is 3 min walk if that from town but the road is super quiet at night, the parking is easy to get to and at £7.50 24 hours is reasonable compared to city prices.
The Guest is Warm and smells fresh all the time! Anthony and Tim have written a super welcome book with everything you need for an excellent stay in St Ives the Cornish Gem! Anthony and Tim make themselves available if help is needed otherwise they leave to relax and go your own way without fuss!
The room was the Garden Room with a patio and plenty of room for us and too much kit for four days! The room is tidyied and replenished daily and the Breakfasts are cooked fresh with aGood choice and a 'special' each day; I had the Avacado bagels one morning which were delicious! On our last morning we had to leave early so Anthony offered an early breakfast so we could eat before our long trip which was kind and set us up well for the day!
I would return to Little Leaf without question!
Thank you Anthony and Tim for such a Memorable stay.....
