This is the third time we have stayed at the Casa Mia. The guesthouse is a great place to stay, very clean and very comfortable and the staff are welcoming and really friendly. The breakfast is freshly made, quick and well presented. The guesthouse is centrally located for the shops, the Barbican and the Hoe. An excellent place to stay when coming to Plymouth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great guest house with welcoming hosts. Strange to be asked to pay before even seeing the room but that is how they work. Did not pay extra for breakfast as had other plans with family who live in Plymouth. Lovely clean room and very comfy bed. En suite had a bit of a smell problem but not sure that it was the fault of the guest house as it could be smelled at night in the street too. (did tell the owners). Small quibble that one packet of biscuits put out in a twin room is a bit tight ha ha, at least a packet each would be nice? Loved the stay here and would return if in the area. It was a trip for my daughter in law and myself to visit family.

Room Tip: guest house is on a hill but then this is Plymouth and most places are on a hill. Close to the Hoe and Barbican

Lovely operators.. parking can be a hassle bbutut you will survive. Great location, 10 minutes from everything. Highly recommended book in advance to get the optimal rate! Excellent breakfast all local produce and organic.

No complaints here !! Could do better but you would have to pay twice the price !

We booked last minute and were very pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and spacious and had a good sized, modern TV and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was small but perfectly formed. We were surprised by the amount of storage available and the seating area by the window. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We would definitely return :)

The staff were very pleasant to talk to, attentive, made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. Not huge but also not cluttered. The other parts that i saw were also clean and tidy.
Pay and display parking outside 8am-6pm, but £2 for a day pass from the guest house. Great value.
Location was great. Almost right on the sea front, a short walk to barbican, town centre, shops, pavillions. Taxi would be better from train station depending on amount of luggage but walking not out of the question.
Unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast. Had already made plans to go elsewhere.
I am already looking to book here again for upcoming visit to Plymouth and would happily recommend to other visitors.
The couple running it said they had only been there a month when i stayed at the start of April. So local knowledge wasn't phenomenal but they did know some places of interest.
Still very pleasant to talk to. Looking forward to going back.
