We had A lovely stay at Kings Hotel the frist week in september. The staff were friendly. The breakfast service was well organized and delicious English breakfast was served by pleasant waiters. A centrally located hotel with A lovely sea view. We missed A fridge in the room. There was A kettle and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided in the room. Thank you for A lovely week!

Very disappointing stay at this hotel.
Whilst we received a warm welcome from the friendly staff and particularly the Assistant Manager, the rest of the visit was a huge letdown to what we had expected from our stay in Brighton!
Considering the prime location of this hotel, and the huge price we were paying for a single night (£289) we had hoped for luxury accommodation and comfort.
The room was extremely run down and dirty. The table surfaces were all sticky and tired looking. The windows were so filthy that you couldn’t see out of them without cleaning them first. The bathroom was clean but very tired looking and the whole place could have done with a good clean and a coat of paint! In the blurb it says,”All rooms are en-suite and offer every comfort needed for a relaxing stay”
Unfortunately we could hear the music in the bar so clearly in the early evening and in the morning.
The breakfast was cold so I sent mine back, but it was pretty poor quality and my poached egg was hard and inedible!
All in all a very disappointing experience and very expensive for the quality of the stay.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Room tip: No parking outside and only 2 parking slots available adjacent to hotel which you have to book in advance!

Excellent location right opposite the beach. Lovely polite and helpful staff.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

You can park right opposite during off peak times for free then pay either the mAchine or over the phone. Failing to get. a space opposite there's a car park just a 2 minutes walk away.

I decided to stay in Brighton and extra day and unfortunately they were fully booked so really is a popular hotel.

Good location friendly staff, good customer service, reasonable price and room size was good.

What is stopping getting five stars, is the windows could do with a clean so you could see the lovely view more clearly. Also they don't open fully so it can get quite hot especially without Aircon.

Overall I had a good stay and would recommend it.

Room tip: Make sure to get a room facing onto the sea.

Lovely hotel on the seafront near the i360. Great location, modern clean hotel. Nice restaurant with a good English breakfast. Stayed in a family room a double bed and 2 singles the room was spacious with a great shower. The only downfall was the room was in the basement so the WiFi wasn’t great. Definitely going back to Brighton had the best weekend and will definitely stay at the Kings hotel again had everything we wanted for a reasonable price.

Our room was spectacular with views to the sea. The staff were very helpful from check in to check out. The breakfast was very tasty and once again the service was outstanding. Conveniently situated with easy access to all that Brighton and Hove have to offer.
