Great value for money,Breakfast was good with lots of choice. staff very friendly and helpful. Parking on site only £7 for 24 hours. Great location with bus stop outside with regular buses. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was a good size, warm and clean, The hotel was not too far from the centre of Brighton easy walking distance. The carpark was a little cramped and no guarantee of a place.
I stayed at the hotel many of times never had an issue then for management to park in disable bay without a valid badge and hiit the persons car next too it and th3 deined hitting it clearinf when there wing mirrors glass was down on th3 floor besides
Lovely helpful and friendly staff - check in and bar/restaurant area. Spotless room. Comfy bed. Nice food and drink choice. Parking is a bonus. 15 mins walk to the Laines. We visit Brighton a lot as have family there and can’t fault this hotel.
Good location.Small carpark which cost £7 for 24 hours. Having a disabled badge entitled us to free parkng. Bus stop opposite the hotel with about a 10 minute journey into Brighton centre.Room was large and very clean with a nice view of Preston Park.Helpful staff and easy check in. A few small negatives were that there is a tiny ledge next to the bed, only just wide enough to hold a cup or a mobile phone. No bathmat or towel provided to stand on after showering. There was only one joint control for the shower and the water pressure so if yo wanted it colder, the pressure had to also be reduced. Would definitely visit again if in the area.
Staff very pleasant especially Lola who was especially helpful. Hotel in a good position at the edge of Brighton, with limited paid parking on site, and on several good bus routes into town. Limited menu however enjoyed each meal.
Modernised rooms clean with nice spacious bathrooms.
