Anyone reading my reviews knows I absolutely hate those bland high street coffee places that are overblown and overpriced. Every time we visit Cheltenham we make sure to pop in here before we get the local bus back. It's a sort of antique style place with plenty of tea sets and tea pots and other bits and pieces to look at. Chairs and tables are mismatched which I love and staff are so friendly. It's a family run business so you can be sure of attentive service. Plenty of choice of teas on offer as well as the usual drinks etc. I had crumpets and butter and my husband a toasted tea cake. Both cooked perfectly how we like them and accompanied by lots of butter. What a nice relaxing visit before bumping along on the bus (bus station is less than 5 minute walk)

This family run cafe is just 5 minutes walk from the bus station and since our last visit, they have opened up the first floor to increase the number of tables as there are only a few tables downstairs. The eclectic decor is that of an antique shop so you have plenty to look at. There is a wide choice of teas and coffee and plenty of food choices. The friendly and obliging service coupled with very reasonable prices are yet more reasons why this cafe is rated so highly.

Really nice tea olde English rooms with quirky decoration where you can buy anything including the plate you are eating off. Staff are friendly and efficient and the food is superb.

This place makes a lovely change to chain cafes. The food and cakes are homemade, tea and coffee is great, and it's much cheaper than high street alternatives.

Had a fantastic time and the food was great. We were a group of 15 so paid the extra for the exclusive use of the upstairs room. It was well worth it - food was lovely, proper triangle quarter sandwiches instead of tiny finger slices. Cakes were great loads of choice and more than enough! My sister needs a gluten free menu and this was catered for without a fuss. We took our own prosecco as it was a special occasion - the venue chilled it for us before the event and provided us with glass flutes. Excellent couple of hours - wouldn't hesitate to return, everyone loved it!
