Went in to buy some takeaway humous with a friend who was visiting me from out the area. It was the end of the day and maybe the member of staff (owner?) just wanted to go home but he was incredibly rude to her and I was really embarrassed at the impression this gave of the town and it's people. What a shame as I would have liked to eat there sometime in the future, the food looked nice and the humous was actually very pleasant but I would not now as there is no excuse for rudeness.

We stopped here for lunch on our way home after a trip to London. One of us had the aforementioned spinach and feta pie, the other the lamb-based equivalent, both of which were served with a perfect tomato salad. Really good value and the service here is so welcoming. The deli side of things is not extensive but there are treats to be had and we came away with a couple of them for the larder. Recommended.

Lazy lunch in Moreton in Marsh. Glad we chose this little place. With the sun shining, it felt like we were in Greece sitting outside the restaurant. Lovely food, a welcome host and a nice glass of red wine. We enjoyed our meal and weren't horrified at the price afterwards!

My young daughter and I really enjoyed the veggie meze selection, sat outside drinking coffee. It was almost possible to imagine that we were in Greece (albeit without the sun). The olives were so good that I bought a pot to take away with us.

We tried to go here for lunch a few weeks ago but it was rammed so we went again and got a table immediately. The food was spectacularly good and the service (one guy on his own!!) was brilliant. If only every cafe was as good as this. We will 100% be back.
