Bad food, bad atmosphere, bad service. We were served, having chosen from a limited menu, pizza that were sparsely coated and had the same texture as the menu by surly staff who could not care anything about their customers in a room that felt like a run down departure lounge. Otherwise a great meal. We would have walked but need to eat before going to the cinema

We are really disappointed to read that the service amnd the food you have received were not up to our standard.

We will be looking into this with the restaurant team to ensure this experience is one off, as we can definitely do better

We have visited Prezzo as a family a couple of times before, as they do a very good value children's menu.

On previous visits, we have noticed that the staff haven't been the most friendly, but as the food has been ok we have had no reason not to return, but I'm afraid after today we will not be going back.

The lady who showed us to our table behaved as if we were inconveniencing her day, and she was very abrupt with delivering menus and moving cutlery and glasses to accommodate our toddler. This was to be the last member of staff that visited our table.

In the 15 minutes we were there, no-one asked us for a drinks order or even apologised for the wait, and despite trying to catch the eye of one of the waiting staff, still no-one came to our table. In the end, we got up and left.

As mentioned before, on previous visits the attitude of the staff has left a bit to be desired, but the food has been ok. I'm afraid that after today, the attitude of the staff has lost you a customer. Eating out is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, not one where you're made to feel uncomfortable and that you're an inconvenience.

Three of us booked a table taking advantage of a voucher offer. The food and service were good (as usual with this chain). The problem came with the voucher; it was collected with the first order, and when we came to pay, they could not find it and it took 10-15 minutes to sort it out. Rather spoilt the end of what had been a good evening.

First time visiting Prezzo and it won't be the last. We had a really nice meal, great food, friendly attentive waitress and good value for money.

Popped in for a quick meal as we were in the area.
Lovely and clean, good atmosphere especially for a Monday night!
Service was adequate. Only three waitressing staff and to be fair, it was fairly busy and they were running around looking after all the tables.
We were left with the menu. When the waitress came back, she asked for our orders for drinks, starters and main courses all together. We ordered a bowl of olives to come with our drinks but it all came together - drinks, olives and starters. I ordered calamari but it was only warm and certainly not hot. When I informed the waitress, she didn't apologise but asked me if I wanted another one. I said yes and my husband continued to eat his starter. It wasn't long before another portion of calamari was brought out but still no apology.
Main courses were piping hot and tasty.
Just a shame that even when we paid our bill, there was still no apology. I wouldn't have made a big deal out of it but it was a bit disappointing.
