stayed here for six months due to work, being away from family for so long was hard on all of us but the staffs friendly, helpful and often humourous attitude made it easier to bear. very clean hotel with friendly, approachable staff and within easy reach of transport links. i would definitely stay here again.More

Great hotel, excellent location with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed for 6 months for work purposes and it was a pleasant stay. Staff are always cleaning touch points to protect customers from COVID
What a wonderful team they have at this hotel they can't do enough for you would highly recommend this hotel.
Its very clean and staff are always wiping down everywhere.
The rooms are clean and spacious. If you need an iron or iron board it there straight away no hanging around waiting.
Anything you need the staff are very quick to get it for you from extra towels to extra bedding or any other thing you need. Thd staff are always smile a very happy bunch. The hotel is very close to transport link with the train and bus interchange only 5 -10 minutes walk .Its also very close to take outs and shops. Also has a car park at side of hotel which is safe and cheap to park. With this hotel beening in the city your only 5 - 10 minute walk for most places.

Staff are always friendly and have really been very helpful with any requests and information that you might need. Rooms are always nice and clean as well as comfortable. Great place to stay if you have business in Hull.

This is the 2nd stay I’ve had at this hotel as it costs nearly 3 times less than the hotel directly across the road where I’ve had to sit exams.
Both times I’ve found the rooms to be clean, tidy and comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable and the shower is nice and warm.
It’s easy to get to and costs £3.50 for 24 hours parking.
It’s city centre location means your minutes away from the shops, restaurants & takeaways and the train station.
The only ‘issues’ people might have is the busy road outside.
I haven’t used the WiFi or restaurant so can’t comment on them. My last stay was £24 for the night which was an absolute bargain.
I will definitely stay here when I return for my final exam later in the year.
