We spent 1 night in this hotel, from the moment we pulled up John couldn't do enough for us, made us feel very welcome, showed us to our room, which was small and cosy, very clean, with everything we needed.
The hotel is located close to the front and pleasure beach.
We had a comfortable night , which was topped off with a substantial full English breakfast.
Charlie the dog was a lovable friendly dog. We would definately stay here again .

The hotel needs a major refurbishment.
Pleasant enough staff and good prices, but, the old adage you get what you pay for applies. I don't like to criticise but, unsuspecting travellers are better knowing in advance.
The hotel is only open at weekends and after initial clean it's left for the next visitors. Dusty, dated and in all honesty dirty. It all depends on your own standards. I don't expect to pay for 1 star and get a 5 star, but, cleanliness is expected. Dated is not an issue if it's clean!
Ideal if your on a stag weekend and it's only somewhere to sleep and it has a cheap bar. Not so good if your a family with young children I would say.
So, there is good, there is bad and like most reviews, mine is an opinion only.
