After reading the previous reviews we thought we were in a good place...we were all except for a few issues. Firstly all the previous reviews commented on how friendly John and Donna were...yep John is a nice bloke but as for Donna can't comment because she never once made herself available either to introduce herself or chat in any form. We were in room 1, a nice room clean with a firm but comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok clean and well presented and plenty of it. But now the bombshell. My daughter unfortunately never noticed that her baby hot water flask had leaked clean water on the base of the bed approximately a pint or so. When we returned on the Saturday afternoon John immediately confronted her in front of other people asking what went on in the room overnight??? My daughter was so embarrassed and couldn't understand what he was going on about. The upshot was he charged her £20 TO TURN THE MATRIS AND CHANGE THE BED LINNEN.
Up until that point all was well. The only other thing is he was charging £2.50 for a pint of larger poured from a can.
You make your own minds up bit for me it's another one to cross of the list.
