We stayed for three nights in the guesthouse. Rooms were tidied and towels were changed everyday. Supplies of tea, coffee and cups in the rooms were also topped up everyday. Nothing seems too much trouble for Sylvia. We were greeted at the reception on art rival and Sylvia showed us to our rooms. Rooms were very clean, beds really comfy and bedding was a dream. Small fridge in was a great idea and came in handy. Plenty of storage space. TV mounted on wall. Breakfast order was taken on the first evening. Such a great selection of cereals, fruit and juices. The breakfast was excellent, presented well and tasted absolutely delicious, compliments to the chef :). Had been to Blackpool for at least 17 years I was worried about accommodation I had booked, but no need. Golden Sands Guesthouse definitely made our stay in Blackpool enjoyable. Thank you Golden Sands

An overnight stop to see the illuminations, this guest house is ideally situated just around the corner and is also dog friendly.. Quite a large room clean and comfortable with a refurbished shower room. Breakfast order taken the night before ... very nice.. Excellent value.

My mum and dad took their two grandchildren to see the fireworks, they found an excellent reasonably priced stay at this b&b. Sylvia met us on our arrival and showed us to our rooms.
Our rooms were lovely and clean and had a fridge which we excellent for storing essentials. Tea, coffee and biscuits were really appreciated by our granddaughter.
Thank you so much for our lovely breakfast and we hope to come and stay again soon.
Lynn and Steven

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Sylvia very kindly provided me with soya milk for breakfast and gave it to me to take home. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The property is very clean, the room my husband and I stayed in was very clean and of a good size, the bedding was lovely. A fridge is provided in the room which is very helpful. The property is within a quieter part of Blackpool but is within walking distance of the promenade and a tram service is a stone's throw away. On street parking is available or there is parking behind the nearby pub.

I've never stayed in Blackpool in any B&B's always used premier inn and travel lodge, I found this one on trip advisor and decided to brave it.
We were so pleased, it's nice from the outside, we got a warm welcome from the owners and shown to our room with everything explained.
The room was clean, beds very comfy, there was even a fridge in the room which was perfect for keep some water in for overnight, bathroom was clean, we were dreading the evening Incase there were noisy guests but it was silent all night, they don't allow same sex groups of stag and hens which is good.
Animals are allowed here so it was a shock to see a guest with a dog at breakfast, but this wasn't a problem, I'm allergic to animal fur and normally when i walk in a house with any dogs I can't breathe, but here I was fine which shows its clean.
Breakfast was served nice and early at 8.30am, and it was amazing it came out looking just like it could have been a picture and was very tasty.
There is no car park but there is parking on the street outside which is free.
Location we found great it was not right in the centre but was only a 10 minute walk along the seafront to get to the tower.
This bed and breakfast has made me feel better about staying over In Blackpool as I thought all the B&B's were dirty and full of stag do's and hen weekends.
Myself, my partner and out daughter had a perfect night away.
We wish there was a room with bunk beds in, so we could bring our other children.
Thankyou.
