It was a pleasure to stay at Chaplins. Hosts were very warm and welcoming. Room was adequate and spotless with a very comfortable bed and suitable en-suite. Breakfast was perfect with plenty to choose from. We will definitely book with Chaplins again and would recommend to anyone. 10/10.

My third time to Chaplins for Rebellion it's the perfect location to stay in. Nice clean room, with housekeeping offered every day. Friendly owners and staff. I'm booked in for next year, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone reading this.

A lovely little hotel on first impression, then even more impressed by a smart ,clean and tidy room, bed was so comfy...Michelle and Lee the hosts were very friendly and chatty, great to meet them. Breakfast was really tasty with a great choice too. Add this to also being in a great location, near to all you need, including great eats I can't really fault it and in fact am already booking next year.
Loved my stay

Poky room at the back, sliding toilet door with no room to hardly move. We didn't enjoy this place at all. Old fashioned furniture and carpets, our friends had a room at the top which was damp. All these brill reviews are not the place we stayed at

Room tip: Not at the back, poky and small

Wow! It's taken practically a full 12 months to come up with such a short paragraph. How impressive. It doesn't really warrant much of a response however I will address your issues. Small room admittedly yet perfectly adequate for a 3 star award and perfectly adequate for normal sized people. Carpets and furniture all replaced within the last five years. Room not damp however bear in mind that the larger the person the more condensation is produced. Finally, 97% of our reviews are either 'excellent' or 'very good'.
Thank you.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights in February.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the shops and plenty of food establishments in the area. It is very close to Coral Island, a large amusements that serves food which is great fun for kids. It is also close to Blackpool Tower and the seafront.

Check in was quick and easy and they offered to help carry our things up the stairs but we were okay as we didn't have much. We were given a key to the room and also a key to the front door as they close this in the evening, but this allows you the freedom to go out and return when you wish which was great and really handy.

Room was small but space either side of the bed and in front. There was a small tv on the wall with a good range of channels, desk with a mirror and plug sockets, and a tall mirror by the door so you could check you didn't look a scruff before you went out. Plenty of storage space; there was a small wardrobe which we just shoved our suitcases and bag of washing in, and there were 3 drawers in the desk, and drawers in the bedside tables. There was also a radiator which we dried our towels on to reuse them, though you could leave them to be collected by housekeeping to be washed. Overall very satisfied with the room, and the shower was lovely and warm.

Housekeeping was good, we were given a sign you could put on the door when you go out so that housekeeping could come and clean up. However they also come around with their trolley and ask if you needed your bin emptying or any loo roll or other essentials. Very non-intrusive and friendly.

Cannot comment on breakfast as we brought our own.

The two owners were lovely and friendly. We didn't speak to them much as we were basically hermits the entire visit and only saw them on check in and check out, but we heard them talking with others and they were always friendly and chatty. The male even joked with us on check out that they hadn't seen us and had we even left the room, and did we at least see the sights. We did of course and had a great trip and a great and comfortable stay in the hotel.

The only negative in our stay was we were woken up early one day to be told that a man would be coming round to check the fire alarms. We waited and waited and needed to start getting ready but were worried he would come while we were doing this. My partner then had to nip to the car while I was in the shower, but came back just as the man arrived. While I was hiding in the bathroom with no clothes. But all in all this was only a minor annoyance and obviously is a rare occurrence and it didn't put a dampener on our stay at all.

I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Blackpool.
