We visited the hotel Last week and it was lovely. Staff greeted us on arrival and offered us complimentary drinks and biscuits. The staff are very friendly and our room was spotless. Although our room was a bit small it was ok. The breakfast was superb and fresh. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would return.

I stayed at The Highfield Hotel last week (I had seen the very good reviews concerning this hotel) and this week I decided to stay there. On arrival I was offered complimentry tea or coffee.
This is a family run business, and they could not do enough for the residents. The food was first class, and so was the hospitality. I will certainly stay there again.

We stayed on a business trip and were really happy with our stay. They were happy to accomodate a late check in and early breakfast.

Rooms were squeeky clean, looks like rooms recently decorated to a good standard. Bathroom spotless.

Small rooms but very comfy beds and all the basics you need for a good nights rest.

Our room had a nice sea view and the staff were really pleasent and the food very tasty.

Already booked for our next stay.

We have found this little gem of a place in Blackpool's Queens Promenade. When you arrive you are treated as the most special guest offered freshly brewed coffee or tea. As the hotel has no parking spaces the family will search the nearby streets to help find that elusive space. Bags are carried to room as you enjoy your coffee. Rooms are spotless and well decorated, I want that bathroom in my house stunning. Family always willing to help. Breakfast is great freshly cooked just for you.
We will return in a few months to see our friends and hosts. Thank you for the great friendly service . Helen and Billy
