We stayed at this b&b for 2 nights sun-tues. Met by young man very hospitable offered us tea and coffee on arrival then he took our bags to the room(never had that in Blackpool before). Room was double &2 singles it had basic furnishings but was very very clean. Linen on beds smelt fresh and clean and beds were really comfortable. Small bar, wife said her drink (archers) tasted like it had been in the optics a while and wasn't nice. Good size cooked breakfast and choice of cereals too set us up for busy days ahead. Owner had a habit of standing over us to watch us eat which was off-putting though. 2 minute walk to tram line (cliff hotel stop) so ideal location. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Small but comfortable, clean room. Friendly owners who welcomed us with tea and biscuits on arrival and a great breakfast each morning. Really good value for money, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Blackpool. Convenient tram stop just at the end of the road to get into the town centre and attractions.

Just spent the weekend at the Highfield Hotel. The owners were so hospitable. They provided us with coffee on arrival. Lovely bedroom (2). Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Tram stop just at the top of the road.

Just back from a 4 night stay at the family run Highfield hotel in Blackpool. The hotel was perfect for us, spotlessly clean, next to the tram stop and the best full English breakfast I have had. We will be returning and would recommend this hotel to any families looking for a place to stay in Blackpool. Thank you

Myself, wife & 2 children stayed at the Highfield Hotel at the end of May for 3 nights and had a very comfortable visit at a very reasonable price. From the moment we arrived, we where offered refreshments, and any query or request we had during the stay was dealt with in a very friendly and courteous manner! The adjoining rooms we where given where small but suited our situation (we where only sleeping there), although weren’t the same as the photos indicated, but where clean and kept well during our time there. The breakfasts where great and very tasty especially the ‘Full English‘! The bar, not that we would of used it seemed closed the whole time we where there.
Hotel is situated on the quiet North shore of Blackpool, with great beaches a very short walk away, and ample free street parking, and Tram Stop if required!
A BIG thank you to Zeny & Jay in particular for making our visit so homely!
