Stayed at the big blue at half term with our two grandchildren aged 3 and 5. Room was very clean and the bunk beds with their own tv's went down a treat. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the V.I.P entrance was an added bonus when spending time in the pleasure beach . Would have been better if we could go back to hotel that way instead of having to walk all the way round. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and we did not have to queue in the morning because the little darlings were up early, however if you got there after 8 :00 it started to get busy. All in all a very good stay and we would definitely go back.

Me and my partner and son stayed at this hotel and staff were amazing. So helpful and a great price for service you receive. Cannot recommend highly enough! Food was slightly expensive but it was absolutely delicious and rooms were really comfortable.

Stayed one night to see the lights. The hotel is situated next to the Pleasure Beach which means it is away from the noise of the Tower area. Very comfortable and well appointed with plenty of on-site parking (though not limitless). Staff extraordinarily friendly and efficient. Training must be high on their list! We ate in the brasserie and were glad we did. The food was very good and the wine excellent.
We are planning to go back in the spring!

This hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are a good size and clean. The restaurant is very nice, food divine and service impeccable. The hotel staff are also very attentive. The breakfast buffet is very good, but be prepared to wait for a table, although the queue goes quick just need to add 15-20 minutes to your visit. Definitely be our choice of hotel again in this area

We have stayed in various places in town and decided to try this one. We paid for a deluxe room with dressing gowns to bring home with us and when we arrived the hotel was full so they upgraded us to a suite. It made the weekend v special. The service was excellent and evening meal and breakfast were good. Reception couldn't do enough to help. All our park tickets were included as part of the hotel deal. The room from the view was unique with 6 roller coasters going past! Can't wait to go again. And we love book the suite!

Room Tip: If it's during the lights or summer the parking spaces can go quickly!
