Had a great stay for the weekend in Blackpool.
We were arriving late on Friday, due to distance travelled after finishing work. We rang to say we were going to be late and they didn't mind and where very welcoming when we did arrive.
Room was very well dressed with plenty of storage space. Fan was a great addition as it was very hot in the room. Welcome book in the room had plenty of information about the local area if you were unfamiliar with it. Bed was very comfy and good duvet. Personally I found one pillow slightly too low and 2 pillows too high but they were still good quality pillows. Blackout blinds make the room dark enough to sleep even when its light outside.
Cooked breakfast is done on a basis of a tick sheet you complete the night before. Cereals and milk provided along with toast until it comes out your ears. The cooked part of the breakfast was very well cooked and filled you up for the day.
Located in north Blackpool, one street off the front. So what you loose in distance to the centre you gain by it being really quite.

Overall was a a very good stay. We would definitely stay again when we return.

Room Tip: Street parking can get quite busy to find a space

Excellent, very clean, friendly helpful owners, breakfast options varied and well presented and cooked. Can do Evening Meals if asked.
Twin room we had ensuite, and was well kept, beautifully clean, had hairdryer (which we took as was not on description from bookings.com), tea & coffee tray, tv. All in all can be thoroughly recommended for a bargain break to Blackpool at the North End, so is well away from the noise but very close to trams/bus stops and has on street parking.

A second visit to this lovely comfy hotel where the owners Tina and Roy could not do enough for us and all there other guests. Our room was so clean and supplied with all our needs for the weekend. Breakfast was superb and again could not be faulted. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Room Tip: All rooms good.

We stayed for two nights in a budget double room. It was great, the room was so clean with everything you would need. The hosts were very friendly but not over the top. Breakfast was excellent- the bacon was delicious!! Nothing was too much trouble. As you aren't in the centre it is quieter but meant we had two good nights sleep!we will return to this b & b when we come back to blackpool. As it was bank holiday weekend every hotel was full so it was a little harder to park the car but we managed!! Great base and only 2 mins walk to the tram stop!!
