We stayed here a few weeks ago (21/10/17) for the illuminations and we had a fantastic stay. We brought our one year old boy and nothing was too much trouble for Tina and Roy,who were so accommodating and welcoming. They really did look after us. I would HIGHLY recommend here for a cosy B&B with an amazing breakfast. We shall be back next year for sure. Its absolute spotless too.

Thanks Guys

Couldn't wish for more from a B&B! Spotless, a great breakfast and wonderful hosts. The Middleton will be our base from now on when we're visiting friends in the area, look forward to seeing you again in January.

A lovely, friendly, welcoming and pleasant B&B run by Roy and Tina. We stayed in room number one. A family room with a double and two single beds. The room was surprisingly large, airy and furnished to a high standard. The ensuite toilet and shower were clean with a plentiful supply of hot water from an electric shower. The room was divided by a wall which separated the two single beds from the double bed which provided a nice touch of privacy. A flatscreen Tv/DVD player with a selection of children’s DVD’s was also available for any wet occasions or evening entertainment. Breakfast is served 8:30-9:30am in the dining area adjacent to the entrance hallway. Breakfast is ordered the previous day by selecting the items on a preorder sheet which is left in the hallway. A full English breakfast is available with toast with butter and jam/marmalade, orange juice, a selection of cereals, tea and fresh filtered coffee. All of which are brought to a table which is beautifully laid out each morning. The food is always served with a smile and a welcoming greeting.
The B&B is located a mile or so from central Blackpool and one street back from the seafront. The tram stop ‘The Cabin” is about a 5 minute walk from the B&B which provides easy access to central Blackpool.
Overall an extremely pleasant stay at an excellently run B&B which I would recommend to anybody who is looking for a family break in Blackpool with a warm welcoming atmosphere and accommodation!
Thank from The Leatherland’s. I’m sure we’ll return!

Just returned home from a two night family break at The Middleton. What a fantastic hotel. Tina and Roy were absolutely fantastic hosts.
Very clean and tidy and the boys were very impressed with the breakfast. The best they have ever had we were told.
From check in to check out nothing was a problem. We will definitely be returning.
