We stayed for two night last November and were so impressed we booked again for last week. The warm welcome and same fantastic standards mean that this will be our go-to place in Blackpool in future.

We were the only (mid week) guests but the breakfast selection was just as wide and delicious as on our previous visit. The cleanliness and comfort of our bedroom and public areas could not be faulted and the in-room amenities provided were superior to those on a recent P&O cruise!

Mark and Josie work so hard to give their guests a wonderful stay and deserve every success . We were a day or two early to try their new evening menu, unfortunately, but are hoping to visit again soon with friends when we will certainly be dining in.

Me and my partner have just stayed here for a weekend for my 21st birthday we made a last minute booking so wasn't expecting the fabulous service we got! Rooms were in an excellent condition very clean and extremely comfortable! We were also lucky enough to try out their new restaurant very well presented food with absolutely amazing taste.
We will 100% be stopping here again.

Hi Tizzy
How grateful we are to receive your wonderful review of the Kenley Hotel i only wish you had let us know it was your birthday a 21st at that for next time and for others reading this answer to a review when celebrating any occasion I make and bake a three tier cake deftly iced in yummy buttercream and guess what that is a FREE Kenley service so come on let us know. Tizzy you arrived on opening night of our new restaurant The Love Me Tender Steak & Grill and so chuffed about your comments all who stayed in the Kenley used the restaurant so it was a hairy night in the kitchen but went really well you enjoyed it all , from the service to the food and love your 100% assurance you will be staying with us again .

Take Care see you soon

We booked a couple of out of season weekend nights here after an internet search. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated, and offered more than I would expect from a little Blackpool B&B, including dressing gown and slippers, toiletries, bottled water and so on. The rest of the B&B was really homely but with modern decor. The breakfast was absolutely superb, way above the standard we've had at similar B&Bs. The selection and variety of food on offer was fantastic. There was an amazing fresh fruit selection. I had smoked haddock both days, with poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. I think the poached eggs were the best I've ever had! I chose smoked haddock because I don't eat meat, and I'd tried it a few months ago on a very posh cruise and loved it, but the standard at this wee B&B was far better than on said cruise! The B&B was in a good location in that it was walkable to all the main attractions in the town, but was on a very quiet side street. On top of this, the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a little snack bag to take with us for our journey home. The only downside there really was was that parking outside was potentially problematic, but we managed to find a space on the street. All in all, I think this place offered excellent value for what was offered, and we will definitely consider staying here again next time we're in Blackpool!

Hallo Gemma
We read your review with great pride and thank you for all that you mentioned and including all the salient points that made your stay so enjoyable, it is so good you noticed all those little things that mount up and make the whole thing a memorable holiday. It was tinged with a little sadness for us when you mentioned the car park you see it's is a very sad point for us , when we bought the hotel it was sold with the benefit of seven car parking spaces at the bottom of St Chads road and without going into the whole thing an unscrupulous b&b owner opposite colluded with the previous owners (who were their friends) and basically conned us out of what was initially our car park, cest la vie what goes around e.t.c. however for you and for the benefit of any other readers of this answer to your kind review if you call us prior to your stay we will always use our best endeavours to find you a FREE space on the street.

God Bless

Found this hotel based on the reviews on here. It's a lovely place with very welcoming and accommodating owners. Hotel itself was spotless and the room was decorated very tastefully with an extremely comfy bed! Breakfast was epic. Stayed in 5 star hotels in London which didn't come close and they could definitely learn something from Mark! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool again. Thanks for a great stay :)

Hey you two

I'm really flattered and so is Josie to compare us to a five-star hotel is a great accolade I have to say though i know what you mean we have stayed in a couple of 5 star hotels one beggared belief well thank God for Trip Advisor . As for being numero uno that is down to algorithms don't ask, anyway we are grateful for the rest we can only hopefully go up something to strive harder for. When you return our Love me tender steak and fish grill will be up and running so we would love your opinion of that in the meantime thanks so much.

God Bless

Stayed at The Kenley this weekend with 2 friends. The hotel is spotless and is in an excellent location. I would recommend a stay here to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and Josie. The breakfast was amazing especially the home made bread. Left today and they had prepared a lovely bag of goodies for our journey home. Thanks for the brilliant stay we will definitely be back.

Hi

can I say right at the start how much we appreciate your taking the time to write such a great review, you were a pleasure to have in our hotel and again great comments about the food and the cleanliness of the hotel. Josie looks after that side of the business and you know how she does it, she has each room cleaned twice just like me with my firm belief that twice cooked chips are far superior than once cooked chips , she see's things that have maybe have been missed, yes its expensive but with your comments along with others it pays in the end so thank you for your observations.
We look forward to seeing you again .

Bless your Heart

Mark & Josie
