The staff are rude and unhelpful, we paid £5.50 for an all you can eat breakfast and the lady said they would put more on as there was nothing really left. 20 minutes later we asked how long this would be to be told there was 'only' 45 minutes left of breakfast so they wouldn't be putting anymore on. Paid £5.50 for beans on toast. Would never stay here or any other IBIS again.

I felt like I stayed in a hospice, or an hotel. The toilet room was very small. There was a walk in shower which was pretty much see-through, which also had a hole in. The sink was pretty much next to the bed. The duvet was paper thin, which lead to me waking up shivering. There was no kettle, or anything like that, there was nothing but two little plastic cups and a tiny bar of soap. Wasn't very impressed with the room, and was definitely not worth the money.

Dear 350ebr

Thank you for bringing to my attention the difficulties you encountered during your recent visit at Ibis Budget Leicester.

I’m so sorry that you were disappointed by your experience with us at Ibis Budget in Leicester. Obviously we failed to meet our usually high standard of service and quality on this occasion.

Everything which you had pointed out is according to the brand standard of ALL Ibis Budget. However, our hotel is planned for a renovation and soon we shall be having separate toilet and bathrooms.

I would like to thank you for bringing the problems you experienced to my attention, constructive feedback from our guests is invaluable to us in our constant efforts to assess and improve the services we provide.

Warmest regards,

Ahmed Durvesh

2 adults 3 children stayed one night. Good value for money. Room nice and big but very echoey (not great for a 21month old who is very noisey haha). Was very very shocked how quiet it was being right next to busy main dual carrige. Bed comfy everyone had good night sleep. The bathroom door wouldnt shut not sure reason why couldnt do it, no bins in room but they are the only 2 things can point out as negatives but thats being picky. When visit family again defently come back :).
