Description: At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Zizzi in Liverpool can be found on Paradise Street in the new Liverpool One shopping centre. Everyone knows about Liverpool's greatest export, and our restaurant is located a mere 2 minutes from the Beatles Museum. Slightly further still is Matthew St, home to the famous Cavern Club where the band first took off.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather. And if you’re celebrating something special, see if our private dining area is right for you.

Shocking service, waited almost an hour for food and only got it because we’d complained so often. The waitress tried hard at being as rude as she could, then gave wrong information about not being able to use Tesco vouchers. Manager was brilliant but all in all a terrible experience. Oh, and the food is garbage.

Visited Zizzi for lunch today whilst out shopping in Liverpool One.
Our first time here and could not fault it.
Friendly customer service, lovely hot food in good portion sizes and a welcoming atmosphere!

Visited 16th March, great food, best calzone pizza ever had . Served by the friendliest most cheerful waitress called Chloe, which really made our visit enjoyable on our visit to Liverpool. Thank you Chloe .

We were going to the movies so arrived 1 1/2 hrs before the film started, plenty of time you’d think! The restaurant was less than half full when we arrived. We were shown to our table and left for 20 mins before taking our order including drinks! Almost 45 mins later I asked where our food was! “The printer broke and we lost your order” the staff spent more time with their backs to the restaurant watching the kitchen team than communicating with the customers. Our food arrived 20 mins before the film started including us getting to the cinema. I left with indigestion from eating my pizza too fast! The base of which was soggy as was my daughters. “Eat what you can and leave the rest” said the manager.... totally customer focused NOT
Give this place a wide berth

This was only the second time we’ve eaten at Zizzi and the first time in Liverpool. Service was extremely slow - mainly because it was busy and they obviously didn’t have another staff. The service we got was okay, not particularly welcoming but sufficient. Our main issue was the food which was two over cooked, and burnt pizzas which although tasted alright (once the burnt bits had been cut off) were extremely average. The starters weren’t much better, garlic bread with mozzarella which had very little cheese and covered in balsamic onions which are nice in small amounts, but in excess are extremely sickly.
Poor experience, and most likely the last time we visit Zizzi.
