Simply Amazing!!!

Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the UK. I stayed for 2 nights with my partner.
The rooms are impeccable. Very modern, clean and have anything you’d need whilst away. Steamer for your clothes, iron board and iron can be requested if the steamer isn’t for you. Tea/coffee facilities, really decent hairdryer.

The views from the room are amazing.

We visited the sky bar which has even more amazing views. We dined in the Gino restaurant which is situation within the hotel. I can honestly say both were amazing.

Finally, the staff are 1st class. Nothing is too much trouble and each and every member of staff are so polite. Right from front desk, to the Gino restaurant, the sky bar and the lovely lift attendant. Special shout out to Chiara who was amazing. Thank you so much.

I want to come to Liverpool again purely to just stay at the hotel.

Ps everything is super accessible in this location. Whether it’s the docks, bars, or good places to eat. Highly recommend

Room tip: NCP car park is at a discounted rate if you stay at innside. For example, I arrived Friday evening and left Sunday 11am. Parking was £16

Overnight stay

Have stayed here a few times now and we have always had a positive experience. The staff allow us to have the same room which is nice and I absolutely love the bathrobe and slippers in the room. The bow is lovely too. We visited over the bonfire weekend so got to see the fireworks that lit the sky from all over!
Breakfast is buffet style and lots of choice. Would I stay again? Of course. PS the skybar is lovely and they do amazing cocktails!

Excellent

The stay at INNSIDE Liverpool was extremely positive. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities, super breakfast and great room service. In addition, the girls at the front desk were wonderful in fulfilling all our requests. A massive thank you especially to Ismael, whose support in booking and during our stay was invaluable. My parents will definitely come back here when visiting Liverpool again.

Spotless / great location / great breakfast

Hotel was only built last year - spotless - breakfast was really great so much choice. Didn’t see a cleaner anywhere throughout the 4 day stay they were just magic fairies cleaning our room. Sky bar was brilliant last night - great atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Central location was great. Definitely recommend this hotel. We’ll hopefully return - already recommending to family and friends. Thank you Meliá for making our stay so delightful.

The best

Innside Liverpool is, in every way, the perfect place to stay. The building is well-designed, clean, central and offers luxury at a modest price. In-room facilities include fridges and mini bars, TV and free Wi-Fi. Gino’s restaurant serves delicious food, with an authentic Italian twist to every dish. The Sky Bar, with its panoramic views of the city and beyond, is an added bonus. Above all, what raises this hotel way above every other in Liverpool, is the staff. From check-in to cheerio, nothing is too much trouble. They are the heartbeat of the Innside. Thanks to every one for making this our home from home.

Room tip: Ask for a river view
